Naked House is a not-for-profit house builder planning to build 22 genuinely affordable homes for London.
The project is supported and financially backed by the Mayor of London with three sites due to start construction in 2019. It has been widely published in the national and international press, including The Guardian, The Times, The Daily Mail, Dezeen, Archdaily, Monocle Radio & The Architect’s Journal.
Naked House provides a financially accessible threshold to home ownership, by driving down the cost of acquiring land and building upon it. The houses are designed to facilitate simple adaption by the residents.
Europa were asked to create a graphic identity and website for Naked House. The basis of the identity is an iconic image of a house created out of a set of coloured panels. When in use these panels move and adapt into multiple configurations providing a nod towards the adaptability of the houses that will be built.
